Privacy Policy
This page explains what data the Birichi studio site collects, why it’s needed and what happens to it. It’s written in plain language, but it’s complete: everything the law says you should know about your data is here.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is [operator name or company], [operator country]. For any question about your data, write to hello@birichi.com: the studio team answers, with no form and no waiting.
What data we collect
The only data on this site comes from you, through the contact form. There you enter your name, email and a description of the project, and you can attach files if you like. Whatever you write in the description or put in the files, we treat as your data too and handle it the same way.
The site also has links for direct contact: Telegram, WhatsApp, email and booking a call through Google Calendar. When you write there, that service processes the data under its own rules. We only see what you sent us.
There are no analytics, ad trackers or advertising cookies on this site. We don’t track where you came from or which pages you looked at.
Why we need it
The data from the form is used for one thing: to reply to you and discuss the project. Your name and email let us write back; the description and the files help us understand the task before the call. We don’t send newsletters, and your address won’t end up in one.
On what basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit the form. If we start working on a project, the correspondence that follows is needed to perform our agreement with you.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. The only services with access are the ones that technically deliver your request: Cloudflare (site hosting and spam protection for the form) and Resend (email delivery). They process the data on our instructions and only to deliver the request.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for [retention period] from the day we receive them, then delete them. If a request turns into a project, we keep the correspondence while the work is in progress and for [retention period] after the site launches, so we can answer your questions.
What you can do
At any time you can ask us to show you what data we have about you, correct it or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to processing: we’ll then delete the request and the correspondence. To do so, write to hello@birichi.com from the address you gave in the form. We’ll do it and confirm by email.
How we protect it
Only the studio team has access to the requests. Data travels over a secure connection (HTTPS), and the services that deliver it were chosen with their data protection in mind.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. We’ll note important changes here, for example a new service for delivering requests. This version is effective as of [date].
