Why is it this affordable? Is it AI?
The layouts and the code are made by people with 6+ years of experience. The process keeps the budget down: one project at a time, no managers and no sign-offs on secondary stages.
How do edits work?
After you see the concept, you can ask for more salt, more pepper, a different side or the steak cooked a little longer: we go back to the kitchen and send the updated version the same day. Before launch we go through the whole site the same way. If an edit would hurt the site's ability to sell to your audience, we'll say so and explain why.
What do you need from me, and what if I'm slow to reply?
After the brief: your logo, photos and access to the domain. A late reply doesn't stop the work: while we wait, we keep going as if everything is fine. After the concept or the finished site you have 12 business hours, about a day and a half, for major changes; after that they're harder to make. In our experience that's enough: major changes come up in about one project in twenty.
What if you miss the 10 days?
Every day we run late costs us 5% of the price. The clock starts at the first call.
How do I pay?
100% up front, by invoice with bank details. The payment reserves 10 business days for your project in full; it can't be reserved in parts.
What's included in the price?
Structure, copy, design, development, the SEO foundation, fast loading, analytics and Search Console in your name. If you have no logo or colors yet, we'll make a quick version for the site at no charge. Full branding, with a logo, identity and brand voice, is a separate 10 days at the same price: branding first, then the site. Photography isn't included; the photos are yours.
How do I change the site after launch?
Through your own AI agent: ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. We set it up ourselves and hand it the site's rules; after that you tell the agent what to change and it makes the edit. If you'd rather we make the edits, there's a subscription of about $120 a year: hosting, edits once a month and a direct line to the team.
Where does the site live, and who owns it?
You do. The code, the domain and all access are in your name; we register analytics and Search Console to you and hand over the access on launch day. Hosting is either ours, by subscription at about $120 a year, or yours, Cloudflare for example: we'll move it. For comparison, hosting on a site builder runs about $280 a year.
Who don't you work with?
Anyone who wants a site on Webflow, WordPress, Framer or another site builder. We only do custom development on Astro or Next.js, and Shopify among platforms. Client portals, user accounts and complex functionality don't fit in 10 days; we'll say so at the brief.
